What is the role?
As Associate Manager, Sourcing Lead, you will play a key role in executing and supporting strategic sourcing activities for our Business & Customer Services categories across our affiliates. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, bring fresh perspectives, and drive impactful change in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
What you’ll do
Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes, including tendering, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting) and external partners.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage global suppliers for local business needs and escalate local supplier opportunities for regional or global expansion.
