Job Description
Designation: Associate Manager
Department: Technical Process Lab
Reporting To: Manager – Technical
Key Responsibilities:
Testing of compounds, fabrics & raw materials as per standards
Sample collection, preparation & batch identification
Release of approved materials through MES/SAP
Maintaining test records & lab documentation
Ensuring equipment upkeep, safety & housekeeping
Handling non-conforming materials and coordination
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering / B.Tech (Polymer or relevant field)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Process Lab
Knowledge of testing methods & equipment operations
NABL / ISO 17025 exposure will be an advantage
Candidate Criteria:
Candidates willing to relocate to Bharuch, Gujarat
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice period will be preferred.
Experience in manufacturing setup is highly desirable
