Team Oversight & Development Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions. Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team capabilities. Compliance & Process Governance Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases. Monitor database health and assist in initiativesOperational Excellence Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
