Associate Manual Qa Engineer (Zapopan)

You will be working within a diverse, globally distributed team based out of Guadalajara, collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams across India and the UK.
Responsibilities
Define and create test scenarios, including ad-hoc, functional, regression, and sanity/smoke testing.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially engineering and product, to understand use cases and create tests.
Analyse requirements to identify all relevant test scenarios and edge cases to meet customer needs.
Identify and document defects with deep root cause analysis, risk, and impact analysis.
Come up with out‐of‐the‐box scenarios for edge cases of features.
Participate in sprint planning and other internal meetings, providing input, suggestions, and recommendations as needed.
Maintain smooth flow of releases with team leads.
Familiarise with Windows and Linux development environments.
