Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Antofagasta)

As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of tools, processes, and documentation to enhance product assembly, testing, and quality. You will collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to support the transition of new products into production and resolve technical issues on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, assembly procedures and work instructions under the guidance of a senior engineer
• Assist with the design and fabrication of tooling, fixtures and test equipment to improve production efficiency and consistency
• Participate in the setup, calibration and maintenance of production and test equipment
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of custom Excel spreadsheets and or database tools to streamline shop floor or administrative tasks
