About the Role
Capturing Claims Data for all claims (Life & CS) within the required benchmarks and perform manual data intervention Hospital Bill Item.Job Responsibilities:
Process data capturing for all claims (Life & Corporate Solution) requests received as per stipulated requirements.
Perform hospital bills manual data remediation.
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.
Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
