Job Title: Associate – OMS

Job Location: Manila

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Order Management Solutions service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & collaborating on the services with a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
