Associate Product Manager Mobile Gaming Location: Bangalore, India Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and business performance in mobile gaming. You will help define visual identity, improve production processes, and ensure that in-game content directly contributes to stronger retention, engagement, and monetization. You may also support User Acquisition (UA) and Ad Monetization depending on capacity and fit. Key Responsibilities 1. Art & Content Management Content Roadmap: Own the long-term plan for in-game art assets characters, cosmetics, environments, event visuals in alignment with Live Ops and overall business goals. KPI Tracking: Set and measure content performance metrics such as D1/D7 retention, engagement, conversion, ARPDAU, and run A/B tests on art variants and marketing creatives.
