Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and attend to the needs of patients/customers at all times.
- Perform cashier duties, ensure billing transactions are accurate and correct at all times.
- Provide information and assistance on products and prices.
- Update product knowledge to provide relevant and correct information to patients/customers.
- Stack, maintain and replenish stocks/products.
- Ensure the safety/security and housekeeping of shop floor.
- Assist in receiving and processing retail orders at inpatient processing area.
Requirements
- GCE N Levels with preferably 2-4 years' experience in retail industry and cashier work.
