In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the road freight service line, supporting countries, or regions, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach.

Key Responsibilities

• To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries or regions, aligned.
