Job Description
WSP is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Roads & Highways team in Oman for upcoming projects. This role sits at a senior technical level and will be responsible for leading the design delivery of complex roads and highways packages for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, extensive experience on Oman projects, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated and compliant design solutions.
Technical Design Leadership
+ Lead the planning and detailed design of roads and highways infrastructure, including arterial roads, local roads, interchanges, junctions, and access roads.
+ Ensure all designs comply with Oman authority standards, manuals, specifications, and international best practice.
