Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute and support installation, commissioning, maintenance on site and remotely.Working with cross-functional teams, including other engineers and designers.Writing and maintaining clear documentation for the software, including user guides and technical specifications.Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.Diagnose and resolve automation software issues related to PLC, HMI, SCADA, and PC systems.Identifying and support the service sales opportunities such as spare parts proposal, modification or upgrades.Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work both in a team and independently.Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70% of annual working daysYour Profile / Qualifications
