Associate Software Engineer

What you'll do:

• Support development of internal products and automations
• Work on backend / integration tasks under guidance
• Help integrate tools like WorkStatus and internal bots
• Track tasks, progress, and basic documentation
• Fix bugs and improve existing features
• Coordinate with team members and report progress regularly

Who this is for:

• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience
• Understanding of programming (Python / backend concepts preferred)
• Willingness to learn, take guidance, and accept new challenges
• Organized, responsible, and clear in communication
• Comfortable working with remote teams

Nice to have (not required):

• Any experience with APIs, automation, or SaaS tools
• Familiarity with Git and basic deployments
