Job Description
- Administer and maintain Splunk monitoring and analytics platform. - Perform system monitoring and performance tuning for enterprise environments. - Handle incident management and resolve technical issues using ticketing systems. - Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, and application issues. - Troubleshoot server, network, and application-level problems. - Assist in deployment and configuration of IT infrastructure services. - Monitor system health and ensure smooth operation of production environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service improvements. - Maintain documentation of support activities and operational procedures. - Follow ITIL-based processes for incident and change management.
