Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Lead with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and MySQL to lead and mentor our software development team. Familiarity with .NET Core Web API and knowledge of the insurance domain will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should excel in coding, architecture design, team leadership, and delivering high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of web applications using Next.js and Node.js with MySQL.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Guide and mentor team members; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
Propose and implement scalable and secure system architectures.
