Job Description
What You'll Do:
As an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer with the Global Client Operations Center (GCOC), you will join a team dedicated to implementing technology solutions that help clients reach their objectives. Your role will be essential in enhancing client support and boosting the efficiency of our operational processes.
Day-to-Day activities:
Learn in-depth about Catalog, OneTag, Quality Score, GTM and ECPs.
Specialize in performing basic web Integration, tag check, feed check & Pre-Launch check tickets.
Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward.
Participate with the broader global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
Establish trustful relationships with other Operations and Commercial Teams
This role is based in Gurugram, work hours will be between 7 am IST to 4 pm IST.
