What will you do? Ensure all projects meet approved construction budget, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements;
Establish and enforce standardized governance, reporting, and performance benchmarks for external CMs across all Dream led projects;
Lead monthly and quarterly construction reviews, identifying risks, variances, and mitigation strategies of Dream led projects;
Hold external partners accountable through clear scopes, KPIs, and contractual compliance;
Lead and oversee construction execution from pre-construction through close-out;
