Associate/Senior Associate - Planning & Environment | Perth (4+ PAE)

A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing Planning & Environment team in Perth. This position supports a well-regarded partner and sits within the broader Property & Planning group.

The role involves advising on a diverse mix of matters including:

• Development applications

• Merits appeals and planning agreements

• Compulsory acquisition compensation

• Contaminated sites

• Administrative law and compliance

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in private practice or in-house

• Exposure to planning, environment, and/or property law

• Strong technical skills and commercial acumen

• An interest in growing into or progressing within the Senior Associate level
