Job Description

As an Assistant Manager you will be working closely with HR & Admin team in order to execute their daily tasks for efficient operation of the company. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Manage Human Resource Management system (HRMS) for employees.
Maintain guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Manage Monthly Peer Review system & Yearly Performance appraisal system.
Handle HR & Administration related activities.
Maintain employee register, time attendance, onboarding, induction, statutory compliances, employee grievances, Payroll, full & final settlements, Skill Matrix, HR Branding (internal & external), Team Building Activities, HR Activity calendar, Festival planning, etc.
Maintain employee benefits programs & employee relations. 
Handle all the legal affairs & statutory compliances in close co-ordination with the legal experts.
Look after talent recruitment and selection pipeline.
