Position Summary
The Assurance Manager has a leadership role involving numerous responsibilities and competencies. As a leader on the assurance side, the Assurance Manager (AM) works closely with the Partners/Principals to ensure our clients receive comprehensive high-quality assurance services. The AM manages multiple engagements, ensuring the work done is complete, accurate, timely and comprehensive. Utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the AM serves as a key contact for clients and effectively deals with client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management and oversight of the assurance team, and the assurance work being done. This includes:
- Scheduling for incoming work, meetings and filing requirements
- Following up with staff on the file progress
- Keeping everyone informed of the progress
