Job Description
Lead customer training initiatives at ATS as a Customer Training Specialist. This role encompasses developing courses and training programs for automation machine operation and safety.
In this position, you will analyze training requirements tailored to customer needs and create educational programs on equipment installation and operation. You’ll maintain the training database, develop technical curricula, and oversee training sessions both at the Training Centre and on-site. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of automation systems are essential for success.
