- Innovate: Help keep IA on the leading edge of technologies. Develop process and tools to drive IA value to promote sales in areas such as life sciences (GAMP/cleanroom), Artificial Intelligence, Improving our machine vision solutions, test equipment.
- Assumes full accountability for strategic mandates and special projects as assigned by the VPO.
- Participate in the development and execution of the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the Senior Management Team
- Support corporate growth and profitability. Develop and implement team goals, KPIs, and long-term strategies aligned with company growth
