Role Summary
The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows across the organization. The role focuses on identifying repetitive, manual processes and transforming them into efficient, reliable automations that connect multiple systems. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and optimize processes for productivity and accuracy. The Automation Engineer will report to the Project Director and support project delivery by ensuring automation initiatives are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities Automation Development
- Develop, test, and deploy automations using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, , Workato, or custom scripts.
- Integrate systems (CRM, ERP, LMS, finance tools, internal platforms) to streamline workflows.
- Build reusable automation components, triggers, and monitoring dashboards.
