Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and challenges
• Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to evaluate the suitability of AMR solutions
• Optimize AMR performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Provide comprehensive technical support to customers throughout the entire AMR implementation process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Python, and JavaScript
