As an AV Supervisor, you will lead driver and operator teams, manage shift planning, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Your role involves training and mentoring operators, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. You will travel frequently, approximately 90% of the time, ensuring optimal deployment of AV fleets.
