Job Description
The **Army** **Avionics/Electrical Aircraft AM-2 (FAA A&P Or FCC)** performs repairs and troubleshoots aircraft systems and malfunctions of avionics, navigation, electrical, and communications systems.
+ A Valid **(FAA) A&P** Certificate OR **FCC** License with Elements 1 and 3 is Required.
+ **US Citizenship is Required,** with a Valid US Passport to obtain required US Govt Security Clearance.
+ Install, remove, inspect, test, adjust, or repair avionics equipment, such as radar, radio, and navigation systems in aircraft.
+ Installs and repairs electrical wiring and/or cable on aircraft in adherence to established specifications.
+ Cuts and strips wire insulates connections.
+ Assemble components such as switches, electrical controls, and junction boxes, using hand tools and soldering irons.
+ Safely prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks and services.
