Minimum Qualifications Education Level required: Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with four to eight years of equivalent work experience.

Relevant experience required: 5+ years relevant experience required. 7+ years relevant experience preferred. Experience in semiconductor industry and / or workforce development preferred.

Skills required: Workforce development program development, implementation, and evaluation; partnership building; stakeholder and community engagement; government relations; public policy; basic data analysis; problem solving and critical thinking; public speaking; excellent written and oral communication; strong computer skills.
