**JOB SUMMARY
An AWS Cloud Engineer is capable to manage customers second and third level of support. Knows AWS Best Practices and is responsible of deploying AWS solutions like a whole Landing Zone, VPCs, EC2, EKS, or others as well as performing troubleshoot during customer/platform incidents.
Additionally, AWS Cloud Engineer can document processes, generate Work Instructions and train others to collaborate in knowledge sharing.
Last, but not least, an AWS Cloud Engineer will provide consultancy to specific customer needs during projects.
Job responsibilities that are specific to the position:
- Monitor the ticketing queues to ensure resolution is accordance with defined service level agreements.
- Maintain a ‘transparent’ relationship with internal teams and customers.
- Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.
- Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.
- Knows about “Security First” Best Practices ...
