Job Description
- Configure, install, and manage servers and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and VPNs.
- Monitor system and network performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing reliability.
- Provide 24/7 technical support during shared coverage schedules.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Support end-users with network and server-related concerns.
- Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure improvement projects.
- Willing to work in Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two (2) years formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering-related courses.
