🔹 🎯 What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience supporting Axway SecureTransport (required)
• Experience in Middleware, Integration, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Application Support environments
• Strong knowledge of Secure File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, SSH, TLS)
• Experience troubleshooting file transfer issues using logs, monitoring, and alerting tools
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, ports, connectivity)
• Experience working within cloud environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
