Job Description
Our client is looking for a Back-End Chat Bot Developer to join their team in Brazil. This professional will focus on creating and maintaining REST API's for the use of various solutions; designing and building database tables or caches and implementing storage of data in SQL and No-SQL environments.
Responsibilities:
- Create chatbots and voicebots within our products;
- Integrate with different back-end systems (CRM, Service Center, Marketing Cloud);
- Build end-to-end experience for end customer from their first interface with the company through the successful end of the conversation;
- Communicate with other regional and global teams about insights and opportunities, as well as relevant local facts that impact the development of any market, for example, local regulations, relevant technological differences, among others.
