Backend Developer (Database & Data Processing)

We are building a centralised candidate database to consolidate resumes and candidate records from multiple internal and external sources into a structured, secure system.

The objective is to create:
A unified storage system for current and future resumes
Automated resume parsing and structured data extraction
A searchable database
A simple internal interface for viewing and searching records

This role focuses on backend development, database design, and integration of resume parsing tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a structured candidate database
Set up cloud-based storage for resume files
Build automated ingestion workflows
Integrate resume parsing solutions to extract structured data
Develop APIs for search and retrieval
Implement secure authentication and access control
Build a basic internal dashboard for database viewing and search
