Job Description
GlowFishLabs is seeking a Backend Developer with in-depth experience building solutions across tiers such as application tier, backend (storage), and front-end. If this is you, you'll join us in our effort to create extraordinary cloud-based web and mobile products.
Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of development experience writing, testing, refactoring, and reviewing both front-end and back-end code.
- Practical knowledge of Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Comfortable working with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres.
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks/patterns and a deep understanding of architecture.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git/BitBucket.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and supporting cloud environments on AWS.
