We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (NodeJS / Java) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building backend services from scratch, working with microservices architecture, and developing highly scalable, production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS and/or Java
- Build and implement microservices from the ground up, following best practices and design principles
- Develop backend-focused solutions, spending 70–80% of time on backend development
- Implement and manage caching solutions such as Redis or MemCache to improve performance
