Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs daily thorough checks of the equipment both before and after the operation.
- Performs excavating, backfilling, loading, and lifting operations within the required limit using the equipment as required by project operation.
- Assists in the basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.
- Report any finding during checking or operating the equipment to the immediate superior for proper action.
- Follows establish safety guidelines, procedure and safe equipment operation practices.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating backhoe or similar heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of excavation and construction safety standards.
- Ability to work in various weather and site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
