What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain backhoe equipment in a safe and efficient manner on construction sites
• Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Provide support to other heavy equipment operators as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment usage and maintenance
