Responsibilities:

  • Support the backroom processes of accounting, human resources, sales and customer service teams in terms of file organization, data encoding and report generation.
  • Communicate with clients regarding transactions, requirements, and updates via online platforms. 
  • Track progress and completion of appointments, tasks and projects
