About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a Baker to join our Woolworths New Zealand team. As our new Baker you can expect to:
- Prepare and bake quality cakes and breads for the department.
- Champion Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure an excellent level of customer service for bakery customers.
- Train, develop and supervise apprentices and team members in the Bakery Department.
About You | Mōu
- Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge in baking.
- A strong customer focus, excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, work flexibly and to tight frames.
