Bancassurance Sales Executive
Work Setup: On-Site | Monday to Friday
Location: Negros Oriental
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, expanding your network, and asking for referrals.
- Provide financial solutions by presenting products clearly and matching them to clients' needs.
- Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients for the long term.
- Achieve sales targets by staying focused on goals and earning performance-based rewards.
- Share market insights by providing feedback and reports to help the team grow.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
