Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
- Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
- Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structure
- Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
- Monitoring and recording progress, recognising and celebrating small wins every day
- Working regular 12‑hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high‑quality care
Qualifications
- A full UK (manual) driving licence
