Job Description
As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will provide a friendly, people‑centric experience to branch clients. You will greet clients, assist them with banking applications and ATMs, listen to their needs, resolve complex situations, offer personal banking advice, build lasting relationships, maintain client satisfaction, refer clients to specialist colleagues, and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules. The role reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with a team of experts in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.
On the job, you will receive training via personalized training content and on‑the‑job learning to master your role. After gaining necessary experience, you may advance within the same role, receive a promotion, or move to another region or branch.
