What You Will Be Doing:
As a Bar Attendant, you will assist in preparing and serving beverages, keeping the bar area clean, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You’ll interact with customers, provide great service, and support the wait staff in a team-focused, premium setting. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Duties:
- Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to all guests.
- Ensure a positive experience and environment for guests.
- Build relationships with VIPs and regulars to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
- Accurately manage revenue and complete daily cash/charge summaries.
- Maintain control of service equipment, record breakages, and perform stock checks.
