Bar Mill Operations Manager
We’re seeking a Bar Mill Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bar Mill and Heat Treat department. Reporting to the Director, Bar Mill Operations, this role is critical in driving performance and safety.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Bar Mill Operations Supervisors.Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.Drive for accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Equip supervisors with the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed.Act as a key liaison between supervisors and senior leadership.Support supervisors in managing attendance, performance, and employee relations.Manage departmental budgets and contribute to strategic planning.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and housekeeping standards.
