About the position

Sør-Varanger kommune Hesseng Flerbrukssenter offers a temporary 100 % position as a child and youth worker with a professional licence. The assignment lasts for the school year 2026/27, from to , and includes work both in the classroom and in the after‑school care (SFO).

Responsibilities

Support students in learning and social development, providing general classroom assistance. Work with students who have special educational needs. Participate in planned tasks by supervisors, teachers and colleagues, attend required meetings, and actively contribute to the school’s professional community in both the elementary and SFO settings. In the SFO, facilitate play and learning through various activities.

Qualifications
