JOB TITLE : Counter Server

REPORTS TO : Dining Shift Leader / Front of the House - Manager on Duty (FOH-MOD)

BASIC FUNCTION: To timely prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and servers in strict adherence to CPK standard recipes and procedures, and to keep the bar clean and well stocked throughout the shift. To timely and courteously serve guests who choose to dine at the counter and/or order for take-out or delivery.

Hazards Of Work

• Exposure to wet floors, noise and extreme temperature.
• Stooping, bending, exerting well paced mobility and/or standing for a period up to 8 hours or more in length.
• Lifting weights up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.

Basic Responsibility

• To timely and hospitably serve guest in adherence to CPK policies and standards.
• To always observe and respond to guests needs accordingly whether dine-in, take-out, or delivery.
