Responsibilities

• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections to customers based on their preferences and menu items

• Assisting with the procurement, storage and rotation of wine inventory to ensure optimal quality and availability
• Collaborating with the culinary team to suggest wine pairings that complement the menu
• Delivering attentive and personalized customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
• Participating in wine tastings, staff training and other educational initiatives to continually develop your expertise
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
