We are looking for an experienced career bartender to join our Michelin-starred team and contribute to a warm, guest-focused environment. This role involves preparing consistent, well-made cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar, building an in-depth knowledge of our food and dining service standards, contributing to the creativity of the beverage program and working closely with both the floor and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly.
We are seeking someone with at least three years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality (Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred), with in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and wine.
