Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving guests’ beverages in accordance with established standards in a timely manner.
• Providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs.
• Working with a beer and liquor inventory management system.
• Product knowledge, including prices.
• Managing a float, preparing end‑of‑shift cash transactions, and exchanging monetary funds.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and well‑stocked bar.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Working as part of a team under stressful conditions during high‑volume business levels.
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.
