Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in bartending preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Flexibility, customer service, upselling, communication, latte art, coffee knowledge, attention to detail, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with extended hours, standing required.
• Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, detail-oriented, and a team player.
