Under the direct supervision of theRestaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, delivering excellent services, and ensuringguest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve premium alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and other beverages with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Take orders accurately, offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients, monitoring expiry dates and proper storage.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
